Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for fraglog.gg Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)
Monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued.
- Refunds: Refunds are available within 3 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not made substantial use of Premium features. Contact us via the Contact page with your account email and purchase date.
- No refunds are issued after the 3-day window.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of Premium features. No refunds are issued after the 7-day window.
EU & UK consumers
EU and UK consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By completing checkout you confirm consent to immediate access to Premium and acknowledge that this waives your statutory withdrawal right, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we determine the policy is being abused (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
